NEW Summer Colour Palettes

If you'd been holding back before, now really IS the perfect time to alter your hair colour. We all notice our complexions changing from season to season, and adjusting our hair colour should be as essential a part of this seasonal change as updating our wardrobes and make-up. In need of inspiration? Look no further than our brand new Summer Colour Palettes...

This summer, Sulis London introduces four colour palettes to compliment the very latest in catwalk trends. Handpicked by Melanie Lewin, Technical Director for Sulis London, the new shades inject a breath of fresh air into your look, helping you to make that all-important transition from winter to summer.

“Whether you want an all-out transformation, or just a bit of a change, colour is a great way to update your look without necessarily altering the length or style. I wanted to create palettes that combined a variety of cool and warm tones, meaning that whatever your complexion, there will be something to suit your individual skintone.”

Melanie Lewin, Technical Director, Sulis

Victorian Rose Gold

Lady Ga-Ga meets Victoriana in this eclectic fusion of rose-gold, peach and bright blonde tones. This is a subtle, pretty look that can be introduced in pastel slices, or an all-over golden rose tint for a more dramatic result.

Warm Maple

This luminous luxe look is all about glossy, super soft and voluminous hair. Rich sandalwood, maple and butterscotch tones help to create depth and shine, with subtle highlights and lowlights providing a natural, well conditioned and radiant finish.

Burnished Copper

This colour palette brings together a unique combination of soft copper and burnt auburn tones, producing a look that is both vibrant and captivating. Whether mixed with cool mocha tones, or applied as a solid colour, this is a strong statement that looks set to be a key colour trend this season.

Copper doesnt always have to be reserved for pale complexions. Russet auburn tones can look incredible with a sunkissed glow.

Bitter Chocolate

This Bitter Chocolate shade creates mirror-like shine and a multi-dimensional result. Complimented by sharp angles and clean lines, this ‘almost black’ look is all about cool neutrals and healthy, eye-catching hair.

Summer is a great time to experiment with a darker colour because your skintone will be more sunkissed than normal. The key is adding a variety of shades to ensure that the overall effect is shimmering and exotic.

For celebrity inspiration look no futher than the delicious Leigh Lezark, Megan Fox and Lily Allen.
